The convention brings together educators, clinicians, and professionals to learn about and apply the Feuerstein Method. Through courses, workshops, and lectures, participants gain practical tools to enhance cognitive development and learning potential across diverse populations.

The Feuerstein Convention is open to educators, therapists, clinicians, school administrators, students, and parents interested in cognitive development and mediated learning. Some sessions may require prior training - these prerequisites are clearly listed in the course descriptions.

The convention will take place in the Indiana Wesleyan University - Louisville Education and Conference Center.

We begin with a belief system that all people have worth and a purpose in life. The Feuerstein Method builds thinking and learning skills - the HOW to learn instead of the WHAT to learn. It is not a counseling program (though counselors love to use it!) and it is not direct instruction or skill and drill. Rather, it uses a questioning approach that builds autonomous thinking skills in people of all ages. 

Networking will happen at keynote addresses in the morning, during breaks, and certainly among the attendees of the course you choose. Feuerstein people love to network!

Since COVID, social media impact, and the uptick in attention challenges and anxiety diagnoses, the need for cognitive intervention is greater than ever before! This method can be used in private and public schools, ministries, homes, and in clinical settings. Feuerstein is very versatile!
