Prerequisites

Prerequisites for participation in this course include: a. Successful completion of the Trainers Level 1 course; b. Submittal of the evidence of co-training experience.

Submittal of evidence of co-training experience must include the standard report of training/supervision implementation (to be obtained from the Feuerstein Institute), and two Training Session Plans (mandatory). Additional materials such as articles, teaching videos, and other materials are optional. The candidates must submit the recommendation of either their training supervisor, a senior staff member of the school where the trainer taught, or any other person who supervised the candidate’s teaching and professional training activities.

All the above materials should reach the Feuerstein Institute before May 30, 2026. The candidates are expected to be able to take the Trainer level 2 course in English. The Feuerstein Institute reserves the right to reject candidature based on committee members' opinions that the candidate has not met the established requirements for acceptance.

Course participants should bring their own set of IE instruments (received during the Trainers-1 course) and a Teaching Diagrams booklet. The participants are required to bring their own laptop computers (not tablets) for work with digital materials.

Certification

Successful graduates of the Trainers Level 2 course will qualify as Trainers Level 2 and will be entitled to use their certificate in the following ways: a. The certificate is valid for six years from its issue date. Renewal of the certificate is dependent on renewal training consisting of the following: a. If operating as an ATA, submission of standard training reports as required by the ATA agreement. b. If operating in the context of an ATC, ensure that courses taught by you are properly reported in the annual report of the ATC to FI, as stipulated in the ATC contract. c.
